Let me introduce myself:  My name is Johannes Laun.  I was born and raised in the midwest and grew up in the building trades.  I have experience in all aspects of building and construction.  I am an Illinois licensed home inspector looking to give you a thorough inspection of a prospective home that you are looking to buy or sell.

In addition to being a licensed Home Inspector, I am also an Illinois licensed Professional Engineer.  This means that I have a deeper understanding of not just how things are built, but how they are designed.  This allows me to give you better service for the inspection of your prospective home.

I also provide Thermography as an additional tool for standard inspections, but can also provide thermographic analysis of your home or other building.  Please contact me for additional details.
